Slovakia Anthem by Bryan Matuskey with Shawna Morby

Janko Matuska, my great great Grandfather, wrote the words to the Slovakian National Anthem. I wrote my own rendition of music and Shawna Morby took care of the vocals : )

greetings from Slovakia!! it's great that some americans still know what are their origins and they are not shame to show it to the others!! :D even there are some mistakes in the pronunciation I simply love it!! :D btw have you ever been to Slovakia?? if no, try to make some friendships (if you doesn't have already) and come... we are always happy that we can show to the others our nice places (such as the photos in your video) :D

mile...ale pre mna zbytocne.....hold nasa narodna hymna by mala byt spievana s rydzou slovenskou vyslovnostou...toto vyznelo skôr zle ako dobre....ale kazdopadne vdaka za pokus...

niektori tu pisu hluposti ohladom gramatiky a pritom nevdia ani oni spravne pisat :-D

tu ide o hudbu, o originalne ponatie verzie nasej hymny, tak nepiste hluposti o gramatike

Slovaci nedajte sa vysmiat, ze sa stazujete na jej vyslovnost. Tak teraz viete ako vy zniete, velakrat ovela horsie, Americanom.

Tá výslovnosť mi neskutočne trhala uši. Keď začala spievať: zastavme si braža, ved sa oni straža (či ako to vlastne zaspievala), tak som takmer začal hrýzť omietku :-) Inak je to zaujímavá verzia, ale než by som povstal do boja za národ, ma to skôr uspalo :-)
