  • Were they bikers? We thought they were long-shore-men. Regardless, the song Bumble Bee was about that guy from that night.

  • I saw Crust back in the day and they killed a chicken on stage, dressed like Dorthy from the wizard of OZ. it was the highlight of my life thus far.

  • @ThePinkspray

We never killed a chicken or dressed up like the characters from the wizard of Oz. However Squat Thrust did kill a chicken at the Noise Fest and effectively killed Noise Fest in the process. We had played 2 bands before them, separated by Ed Hall. I'm guessing Squat Trust was the highlight of your life.

  • i saw this tour in windsor ont,and it ended in insanity, bikers planning on stealing a truck to follow the band, and showing us a "bumble bee" tat, great show

  • I'm from Portland, Maine, and heard Crust from a roomie back in '91 or so. Moved to Austin, TX at the end of '93 and had the great fortune of seeing Crust play Emo's on New Year's eve, mere days after moving here. Thank you, Crust, for being fucking brilliant.

  • great bass and drum part....brilliant vocals/lyrics....and the sampled buzz is perfect so glad i found this!

  • @butterylicious lolol @ Squat Trust name..

  • @mexicandonkeyshow i think they were with squat thrust. who knows? i know i cant remember.

  • @mexicandonkeyshow also at Emos on Halloween. 98, 98, 99? our car overheated. saw richard at an intersection after the show tried wave him down to help us. he was in his piece of shit pick em up truck. he got so scared when we ran up to him yelling "help us!!' he was the only face we recognized after the show so obviously we tried to wave him down. hahaha.

  • @maggotpuke it was actually back in my high school days mid-late 90's

  • @cybrevid Hey man 91-95 wasn't bad either. Around 2000 the place got overrun with liberal hipsters, ruining things for unprincipled anarchists.

  • @cybrevid It was all pure brilliance -- there was always an unnerving background buzz at every show, which contributed to the atmosphere.
