Yes, phosphor is an emit material, usually white coat, found behind the screen, you can see the flosencent light in the kitchen light, it contains phosphor... Pity that guy didnt use a protective glove to pick up those broken screens. Thought the phosphor was removed before breaking the glass? Germany and Japan do that.
I'm glad to see they were wearing protective gear but I'm really surprised to see they let him grab a piece of broken TV screen. The glass he was holding in his bare hand contains lead and the screen is coated on the inside with a silvery toxic substance called phosphor. Be safe and wear gloves if you need to handle broken TV screens.
