This short expose of the U.S. Constitution and how to enforce your rights pursuant to it and your States Constitution should give food for thought on exploring the meaning and concepts behind the "Supreme Law of the Land". Michael Badnarik gives a detailed explaination that is worth watching and 'Constitution Man' Carl Miler is a must see on Fightee's channel. Be the change, learn your rights, express your rights and make it a better world for you and yours' and everyone else at the same time. I highly recommend keeping a pocket constitution and a voice recorder with you at all times and go thru it with this video and use a highlighter to underline the parts you want to find again. The oath requirement, and Supremacy is at Art.6., jurisdiction to pass law for D.C is at Art.1,sec.8,line17&Art.4,Sec.3,line2. Court decisions good in every state at Art.4.Sec.1. Lawful money is in Art.1,Sec.8, &10.
A declaration [claim] of rights should be made and served prior to 'getting in trouble' and Certified copies of the oath of office of the DA, County supervisors, Police Chief, and Sheriff of your county should be obtained and make copies and write your acceptance upon the copy. This way you will have most of what's necessary to defend yourself against 'code' violations.

  • Im guessing this is a Video UTube doesn't want me to watch... It will not stream more then 1 sec at a time then stops and buffers for 5+ sec.

Even though I can play all the featured Utube videos in HD and have the whole video download long before I finish watching it ...

  • @MountainMonsters This video is in the same format as all my videos on this channel. It is edited in final cut and uploaded in MP4 medium quality and they show easily in low speed DSL. I'm not sure why there is a problem.

  • The mic volume is different depending on how I recorded [in studio or at home with lavaliers, or direct off the camera's mic]. I could mix it down in Final Cut which is my video editing software [on Mac] but I can't tell the difference alot of the time and it's time consuming making these videos enough without trying to perfect each segments audio. I haven't listened to the upload in it's entirety so maybe the Youtube converters did something, but I have watched to whole show on DVD and its o.k

  • at 18;00 minutes in, you reference hale vs henckel . where did you get that paragraph of determination of rights? I looked up the case on a "supreme court decisions online" site, and could find no wording as you are reading the decision to be!. I am curiously learning about this , and want to be able to refference the points myself ,if need be. thanks jody

  • @1allstarman Hale v. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43 at 74 (1905) look on page 74 on findlaw or some google seach. It's there, I've personally witnessed it like all other cases I [verify] by looking up on my searchable dvd from AccessLaw. I have all supreme court cases and California cases from 1934 on on DVD. It makes research much easier. The problem is that the courts aren't courts anymore, there is no money of substance [gold and silver] and the you enter a contractual agreement in court

  • @immafreemann Thanks for the Reply but thats not what I ment.

  • your mic volume goes up and down too much please in future sort this out also you said garanteed instead of granted the 1st time you said it (not the 2nd)

  • sort your nails out lol

  • @immafreemann cant use common law in any court in america because of the 11th amendment repealed article 3 section 2 clause 1. taking judicial power to her any cases of common law equity and treaties ETC ... that was why when bill thornton used common law in the court he was asked what his remedy was to be. the judge has no authority to rule under that circumstance. The judge cannot rule out side of admin law because of the peerage rule.

  • That is true anyone who does not work for the government can act as a private attorney general under the congressional act of 1866 called Act to protect all persons in the United States and there civil rights and furnish the means for there vindication. 39th congress session 1 chapter 31. Gives people equal standing as the judge and prosecutor.under any administrative act people can only take action and can never be acted upon by any administrative agency.Administrative procedures act

  • Hey ,thank you for your help! this stuff is huge, although your right , it is now basicly a police state ,they will stonewall ,coerce, or abuse us .
