  • @osteoist I am in the same position as you, and do not want to take the pills and will not do so. Then i found Dr. Lam...like winning the lottery...I am now good with the exercises..and am trying to remember all the moves (neally there) so proud of myself..if I had lifted up my knee before I would have fallen over...lol x Jean (ages 68yrs)

  • Last week i joined to YWCA for to learn swimming and too triad a class of Tai Chi for people with arthritis but and i thinking i going to follow all the classes is very good !!
