My car seems to have developed a squeal in the Drivers Side front tire area. It seems to have something to do with the brakes. It seems from inside of the cabin depending on weather conditions, that it seems to squeal all the time. That wasn't the case in the video, and it seems to only squeal upon stopping and making turns. I advise to use headphones and no bass, as the wind really makes it difficult to hear. Any suggestions on what it might be would help a lot!
Thanks for watching

Check the hub bearing. Neon SRT-4 is famous for left hub bearing, probably the same on the Caliber.
Mine failed at 35,000.
