Pencak CGSS wed night class.

"You make sure to avoid waiting for the 2nd punch"

"Pukulan" Concepts from Cimande application. getting "off the line of fire" is key in Pencak Silat. Fighting Nose to nose will only bring you problems. Staying on the line will also bring your problems in combat. So you have to move and use your langkahs and body angulation properly. With out this knowledge you are not doing silat yet. These motions & concepts exist in Silat Cimande, and Sera. What you see here is directly from Cimande Walisongo Girang Duduk Jurus. And you will also find them similar in Good Pukul Silat from Malaysia. All SILAT is truly one. the difference is the individual's flavor and preferences. Here you see things like "Potong", "Kelid Selup" & " Timpah Seubelah" root motions from Cimande that are in many systems from west Java & Pukulan bases systems.

If you are serious about training Silat or you want to schedule a workshop or private training or come to group classes you can message me privately or email me directly sdobles@gmail.com

This video is dedicated to all my Silat Gurus & Students & friends aroudn the world. KEEP TRAINING!

Enjoy peace & God Bless

  • Thank you Guru!!!!!, for your sharing of knowledge!! Just curious what does Geraksatriashakti translate to???????.One more question; do you guys practice the standard Cimande Village Jurus or are these speical modified versions!!!! Thanks for the info. Keep them coming!! I look foward to your videos!!!!!! Salamat!!!!!

  • @hapki yes we teach the Seated Duduk Jurus of Pencak Silat Cimande Girang Walisongo. What you see in the video is a "piece" of one of the duduk jurus in aplication. The jurus are trained seated, in a hack squat, in a ballet looking squat and then in a full horse stance and then with langkah. each "phase" conditioning the legs as one progresses in the jurus. Believe me its NOT easy. : ) but well worth it in terms of the strength one gets in their legs. & body.

  • @hapki The name of my system was given to me by my cimande teacher

  • @hapki Gerak - Inspired movements from the Divine, Kinetic Motion

    Satria - Nobility, Warrior Class

Shakti - Power, Creative Energy, Strength, the Power of Consciousness & Spiritual evolution.

  • definitely some of the best silat on youtube........keep it up man :)

  • @silatguy thank you brother. : )
