How great. Training your kids to be apologists. How can these kids not see that the Bible and other "holy" texts are not fairy tales. When I was a kid, I went to a Catholic private school. When I was 5 years old, I knew that these were fake and treated them as fiction. It was interesting but not a word of it is true. The only good things in the Bible are the things that all of humanity as a whole agree on.

Listening to a debate is fine, but if you really want to gain something you really need to engage in a debate yourself.

@MagnetoMasterOfEvil Comeon, the banks comment was bad. Had me clinched but it should be noted that banks are so fundamentally logical and coherent. "I want to spend money later" put it in the bank. "I need to spend money now" loan from the money the other dude inserted. SO intensely and wonderfully simple and useful. Sure they take interest, which only serves to regulate the people taking the loans and paying off their own so that banking is a business that is supported in society.
