Voyage of Life WIP (01)

CONCEPT: Start out, WAY OUT, from the milkyway galaxy, zoom into our solar system quickly, then zoom to earth, ground level, atomic level to show elements combining to form DNA, then start the zoom out to show the strand, then in a simple cell, then two cells join to make a multi cellular life, out farther.... etc.

This will be part one of my little "show you how I work" I'll be uploading little parts of this project till its completion, (if it's possible with my current setup). Later I will compile a version of the process and final product with commentary and little tidbits of how it was done, how I cheated to achieve an effect and concept development.

For now. I have some simple blocking done, particle systems for the galaxy look, hand painted textures for Early earth including cloud cover texture and smoke/ash texture form volcanoes. The only issue I have come across is how to get the zoom from earths orbit to ground level, down to micro level, in one solid motion without making jump cuts... its going to take some creative edits.
