Since America is so obsessed with its racism issues, let's call out radical blacks like Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright. You do not solve racism and "heal wounds" with hypocrisy and a blatant misrepresentation of history, presented in strict black and white, right and wrong terms. That's just a recipe for more tension in society. Political Correctness, by the way, is in fact racist and derogitory to the people they supposedly protect and represent.

  • I would love to have this song as the National Anthem.. Could you imagine 70,000 Americans singing this at a world cup or something

  • @mikepipe84 There aren't many things coming out of Mississippi that I'd classify as being "great." But hey, to each his own. The south is for the most part a welfare recipient from Washington DC when you consider the amount of taxes they pay in versus what they receive. Abject poverty is the best way to describe the bottom standards of living among southerners. It's really ashame.

  • @mikepipe84 thats was for mcfly the gay guy from memphis

  • @ycdtotv we are invaded by you ghetto fags daily in our great state keep your crime and comments up in your gangsta paradise.....besides its also one of elvis's hit songs.....i hate seein shelby count tags here prolly going to steal something

  • How dare u polo-wearing bastards come to the Memphis Tigers city and do this. Surprised you werent shot. Dont come back to Memphis, unless you support the Tigers.

  • @crewchief100 I spent time last summer in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. Phenomenal people for the most part. Very kind. The downside? These were some of the most abjectly poor places I'd ever seen.

  • @Wood97son Well, you would have to be blessed to live way down here in the south to understand why we love where we live...There is NO PLACE like HOME...Come see for your self and we will treat you as our own :)

  • This song was always a tradition played at football games until the "outsiders" came in and started the process of changing what this university holds true to its history..you can take away songs and symbols but you can take away the history and tradition of this wonderful university. The students/alumni were left out of the decision making process of change. I hope that ole miss will finally stand up for its heritage and be proud to say, "WE ARE OLE MISS, FROM DIXIE WITH LOVE".....

  • they made them quit playing this song due to it being "racist" mfw the black guy in the vid was bobbing his head to it.didnt seem to bother him.

  • The reason I hate yanks. Stay in the north and out of our tradition. You wanna come down because we have less taxes and are kinder loving people also because we have jobs fine but don't call our accents stupid, try to tell us what is right and wrong, and get ride of our proud tradition in the confederacy and state! CSA To Arms in Dixie y'all.

  • Its just sad what yankees have done to this college
