I did this video because my Friend Mark has ALS and can no longer speak.
First, I posted this video in a variety of places. So far it has been viewed by over 1100 people in 24 hours. I have gotten wonderful emails from those who now know there is hope for communicating with others when advanced stages of this disease have been reached.
I am trying to get Google to develop a platform upon which others may access and download directly and will post the link when and if it is available.
When I found out just how many limitations he had, we found a way to communicate - thanks to Google - and I realized that he is still 100% himself inside.
I hope this helps others understand that people can and do live with ALS and that we can make their lives easier by staying in touch.

I lost my Mum to ALS MND. It's the cruellest most evil thing imaginable. A specialist told me that if you were to think up the single most evil disease, MND would be the thing you would come up with. All you can do is be there for them, and show them how much you love them.
