http://foreclosuresurvivaltactics.com If you reached the point where you can't take it anymore and have come to the realization that you really cannot make any more payments on your mortgage, that you will not in the near future, or any time soon be able to meet your mortgage obligations and will be facing foreclosure, be aware that you really do not have to move out of your home immediately, or even any time soon.

In fact it can be more than a year, sometimes, before the bank is able to force you to vacate your property. And there's really no need to leave any sooner on your own.

If you find yourself in this position, understand there are many ways that you can actually fight all foreclosure through the legal system.

Even if you owe a great deal of money are not paying, you can actually live in your home payment free for up to five years, if you legally manipulate the system.
