Yes its good but is much better on the 1TB box as its so much faster now.

You cannot once you get the new guide your stuck unless you change to a non HD box.

When the new EPG is rolled out to your box, you will be able to access the ITV HD channel manually.
To do this, go to the Add Channels menu and use the following settings:

Channel 10510
Its not possible to pause instantly rewind or record this channel unless you output it to a DVD recorder or your PC PVR.
