This is how I go to school in Japan. It's mostly just train footage and the local neighborhood. The walk from the station to school is 20 minutes so I didn't feel like recording while walking up a huge hill. Enjoy! If there are any questions, just ask! : )

  • So it looks pretty empty the streets from the video. I guess it won't be much trouble for a girl (or anyone in particular since you metion in one of your blogs that even the elderly) to walk alone. Of course it's like I'm going to be walking in the middle of night at 2am.

  • @Cinlouxx you will be fine! japan is generally very very safe. : ) of course keep your eyes out in any part of the world simply because anything is possible.

  • haha i loved your impressions =)

    are there any sidewalks there?

i liked being able to see where you walk around, and the train ride looks really nice

  • noOooo there aren't sidewalks here (generally) and it pisses me offff. with my luck and how clumsy i am i won't be surprised if i somehow get hit one day.

: ) i forgot to mention how deep the sewage is here. PSL's sewage sucks complete ass in comparison. i'll have to make a short clip of this to show you guys.

  • The friends question is a really good question....I kinda think it would be easier if I just made a video answering that so I won't end up typing an entire page long answer . Hopefully that's fine with you

That last group was a group that I went to Kyoto with through Kansai Gaidai at the beginning of the semester. It's kinda bad editing lol..i didnt really know how to end this video so i just threw in a short clip of something i did in japan

  • I bet yoy dont get tired of that view! its beautiful! It would be nice to be able to walk to somewhere! In PR you cant really go anywhere without a car. Too dangerous and you cant really walk in a island full of highways. About the staring....you know how hot headed latinos in general are... dont you ever feel the need of telling them 'what r u looking at!?' xD

  • That'd be awesome. Thanks!

  • Following the being stare at discussion, do you find it difficult to make Japanese friends inside KG? How about outside, perhaps in parks, clubs, or wherever?

What was that group of people during the last second?
