I smoked weed once and it raised my heart rate and i guess started my anxiety. I have no idea how but ever since ive had these situations where my heart rate goes up and i worry about things more now. Just from that one day.

You are not alone. I could be sat watching a film or listening to soft music, they often like to hit at these times and a lot of people with high stressed jobs get this when they are on holiday. If you have seen your doctor and he has said you are OK IGNORE them or sing to them"" they will get bored and go away. I have had them for years and don't get them anymore but yes they can be a pain BUT they won't harm you if your Doc has given you the OK. Taking a cold shower also helps

Hey everybody, i recently consumed a lot of coffe and caffeine before i worked out the other day and about 2 to 3 hours after i worked out i became very dizzy and almost fainted, i went to urgent care and had heart palpitations and dizzyness, anyone else ever experience that?

Coffee as you know has high caffeine content. When you work out your body generates adrenaline to help with your workout so it is as if you have had 6 cups of coffee. I think maybe the high adrenaline levels caused you to feel dizzy, you should maybe drink some fruit juice or soft drinks NOT fizzy before you work out and take time to relax afterwards.
