Shu Uemura cleansing oil review

After coming back from holiday my skin is suffering it looks dull. So while at my local shu uemura counter I purchased shu uemura white recovery ex+ cleansing oil. This is a review of the cleansing oil.

Here is what shu uemura claim the product does:
"A gentle cleansing oil that helps brighten skin removes makeup & impurities from skin eliminates dullness & dark spots promotes a radiant & translucent finish Leaves skin smooth - even-toned & crystal clear Suitable for all skin types"
From my experience I disagree with the dark spots claim.

Shu Uemura cleansing oils can be purchased from Selfridges, and Harvey Nichols in the UK check local counters for prices.

Just found your videos and im really excited in watching them all!

Just wanted to ask you has it helped in brightening the skin in anyway??

I know in the descrp box you have said it dsnt really help with dark spots but after using it for a longer duration do you think it has helped now?

I've used the green cleansing oil and thinking of re-purchasing thats why..

@teachUS87 Hi, I don't find it has brightened my skin to be honest but I do only use it on my lips and eyes to remove any makeup now I no longer use it on the rest of my face. In my opinion it didn't help with dark spots I don't have anymore though now. Estee lauders advanced night repair serum does help with dark spots :)

@shahanachohan I have a video of my foundation hits and misses that has a sample of some of my vast collection of foundations, I have a review video of the chanel vitalumiere, and you can see what foundation I have been using recently in my getting ready with me on a Sunday video. So if you want check them out.For past few days I have been using my bare minerals though, I like to switch up my products as want to get use out of all of them. I dislike wastefulness as its like throwing away money.

I got the advance night repair but i'l be honest im too lazy to use it every night but as your saying it helps with dark spot (i hope blemishes too) I shall be getting into a routine .

Reminds me of the origins cleansing oil (clean energy i think its called) - you should try that too x

@shahanachohan Yup I still use this cleansing oil, in fact I just bought another bottle not because I am running out but it was on offer so got it really cheap, so thought I would stock up and save money too. I am a fan of shu products I have another video on shu products. I find with this cleansing oil theres NO rubbing of eyes or skin to get makeup off so no irritation to the skin. I cannot fault this product generally from my experience shu products are of a high standard, I really like shu.
