0:02 sounds like a police siren

@SPCcranford1056 OK, must of them have a time stamp, but not all.
-
@FluvannaFlyer Not all. Take a look at the MIdland WR-100 and WR - 120.

@dereksmith1011222 usually the voice does vary, for example our office the speed of the voice is normal like someone talking, but the office next to us the voice is really slowed down

@Dereksmith1011222 what model is this radio(is this the 732R, does this have the skywarn function) and does this radio read out warnings with its own voice(it also sounds like it has its own warning tones)?

Intereting so Tornados can ocour in coastal areas. They seem quite rare so I was not aware of that I did hear a Tornado occoured where I live in Surrey BC in about 1955 but did not know if it was true or not. did the tornado occour?

Awesome video! Very cool alert tone! I have a handheld one that has a pretty interesting alert tone.
-
did you use the ham radio to make the alert?
hmmm sounds fake, as one who works for NOAA, and my primary job is NWR....the voice doesn't match up to the tom voice and the tone wasn't a 1050 mhz tone

@21zachrwd Actually this is the real Tom voice from Nuance RealSpeak. But the NWS must modulate the voice a bit. But yes it is fake.

I really don't think the alert was for 6 hours. Was 6:00 when the alert was set to expire?

@gnutelliums It was an error in the alert message encoding.
