i think the technical side of making this for The Sims 3 will be too hard, and it will slow the game down heaps gor those who don't have pro computers!

sims 3 needs this because since it free roam so were not stuck in our houses we cant explore let raining sunset valley, snowing riverveiw or hailing twinbrook
