In general it's a good arrangament, but I believe that the brass section is not the best to do the accompaniments while the clarinets do the voices. Well, telling it will not change the arrangament xD

Thank you for posting.
I was looking for this song for many long years.
At the time (I think at least 10 years), a friend downloaded this version in mp3 and recorded in an audio cd. However, he picked right back and lent the CD to another person who absconded with the cd.
At that time, here in Brazil, not all Compact disc recorders had not got my copy.
Thus, we had never heard this song.

@lurubino Your'e Welcome! Thanks for your comment! I have the song as a bonus track on a Japanese CD called Nintendo Super Famicom Game Music. I never knew that about Nintendo Power, and don't know how to confirm it. That is interesting.
