this was the song that got ricky back on track after 4 years out of the limelight. it charted #33 but relaunched his career. aftr that it was on to easy to be free and garden party 1972 6 million seller worldwide!

i think i found my new favorite song unbelievable,the lack of attention this talented guy gets today.Talk about underrated and underappreciated.A disgrace.If his name wasnt Nelson things would have been different.

I've listened to his music since I was a kid. But this song really got to me when I was a teenager. I couldn't get enough of Nelson and the Stone Canyon Band! Too bad he had to die so early when he was really getting his second start. He set the pace for country/rock music.
