soooo Evelyn was only useful for her stun and stealth, so they took away her stun, then took away her stealth since champs can see you if you get within attack range, you cant even use stealth to get the jump on someone since they can see you before you hit

Evelynn is one of the most effective junglers to play in solo q. It doesn't matter that she is revealed when in attack range, she literally has three options to approach say top lane. Unless the top laner buys three pink wards consistently throughout the whole laning phase, you can kill them easily. Her damage early is low and her jungling is risky. Once you get lizard elder the damage is insane and you can easily snowball from there. Eventually able to just one shot half the opposing team.
