I like how he plays it, but I think that it lacks a bit of energy. His articulation is quite clear, which is one thing that I admire.

he has a great touch, i wish i had

Definitely not a Bartok fan. However, as a true musician I must applaude this performance. Very clear, very stylistic. I'm learning these pieces right now and this was a big help. Outstanding performance!

Definitely not a Bela Bartok fan, however, I must applaude this performance. I'm trying to learn these myself, and this was a big help. An outstanding performance.

The 3rd Dance is one of my most favorite pieces ever! I played it faster though...

I love this performance very much! This is the first time I heared you play Bartok! No. 2 and No. 6 are my favorites...so exciting! I wish I would have been able to come to the the concert to see it live.
Excellent. Too often the phrases are muddied by barbaric playing, this performance was crystal clear and bright.

I LOVE his performance of every one of these six except the last. It was good, but I thought the rhythm didn't have the bite that it should. Almost like the 3 + 3 + 2 started to blend together to make 2.6 + 2.6 + 2.6. Only happened at around 8:20 with the big chords though. Again, the other 8:00 of the piece was flawlessly played. So well done.
