@GerardvanR Totally, all you'd have to do is not use the forth valve...shouldn't be too hard right? Also, it's funny how our ears aren't used to hearing those quartertones in there. You hear them, but at first your ears are kind of like "wtf..was that?"
Some Middle Eastern (Oriental) Styles use it in there music, its a whole new type of music thoo.

@GerardvanR It has uses for intonation, but there are some jazz players known for pretty cool usage of quarter tones. Youtube Don Cherry.
