Dr Jossart and Cirangle at LAPSF are the leaders in all forms of weight loss surgery. There practice is based in San Francisco and they have the most experience with the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy, Duodenal Switch and gastric banding. This short video demonstrates a large fatty liver and an umbilical hernia with adhesions. Most people with obesity have a fatty liver and it is reversible with weight loss. Abdominal wall hernias are also common in people with obesity.
