Do not leave me...

The cold penetrates the solitude,
night of deserted woman.
The immobile face has hardened with desire,
eyes of fatique crack.

She walks slowly forward,
heavy as lead are the steps.
She has fallen in the wind,
plunged from heights of love.

She sees stars fall,
which turns into ice crystals in the flood.
She sees landscape transformation,
to a flickering glow.

She searches the heart's voice,
where love of life overcomes.
Looking towards the horizon,
calls out and prays: Please!

A silhouette moves slowly in the dark,
she leanes forward to see.
Suddenly the silence is broken,
she hears the well known voice.

She can still smile.
