Nuke Your Hard Drive Using DBAN

A short tutorial on nuking your personal data using DBAN. Aside from submerging your hard drive in liquid nitrogen, this is the best process to protect your data from thieves when discarding an old hard drive.

Hmmm... I only want to nuke one of my harddrives, but I spent SO LONG putting in those cables, as they're a little short - so I don't feel like pulling them out -.-'

@CityaGaming It nukes absolutely everything on the hard drive, including windows and all data associated with it.

@Ryitz It erases EVERYTHING on the selected hard drive.

I know this tutorial goes fast, but if you see we describe taking the target hard drive out of the machine and putting it in a new one before running DBAN

@twohlrab3 plz help, can i use automatic nuke for pecific hard ware mean for USB, as far i know each round takes atleast 45 mins, and automatic nuke take 5 mins, can i use automatic nuke for USB ?????

@twohlrab3 Yes I do, because I have 4 harddrives... So I have tu unplug the others so DBAN only wipes the one that's still connected :/
