  • Brilliant but LOOK! only 12,302 hits in a nation of 300 something million! Why has this not gone viral? Because Joe Sixpack is fawning over NASCAR and football and his only curiosity is what beer is best. Oh Lord help us!

  • @MrAnarchyintheusa You're right, you don't. You've already proved you have no idea what you're talking about by using the phrase 'liberal socialist.' That's an oxymoron as liberalism is a pro-capitalist ideology and socialism isn't. They're philosophically incompatible.

  • This is awesome!! Made my day.

  • @GodOfTheInternets If true, it makes sense considering the left is traditionally concerned with equality, even if it hasn't played out in practice across the board for whatever reason/s.

  • @DeanoProductionsTM

The meaning of words changes over time, so it's confusing. Some have speculated that "libertarianism" is a portmanteau for "liberty" and "egalitarianism"

  • Brilliant

  • @TonyPonyTube Well said!

  • @GodOfTheInternets Interesting. Is the root word of libertarian, 'liberty', and the root word of liberalism, 'liberal'? If so: liberty is what someone would say someone who is liberal wants/advocates. There may be a difference in how the words are used historically, but they sound like two different ways of saying very similar ideas, or similar ideas in different senses. The wikipedia page for 'libertarianism' includes both liberalism, libertarian socialism, and anarchism.

  • @GodOfTheInternets Try actually looking into my claim first.

  • @DeanoProductionsTM

You are mixing up "libertarianism" and "liberalism" two distinct words with two distinct meanings.

  • @JohnMuise

    Except no. Idiot.

  • @trilerkiler Actually all Americans are currently practicing all the 10 planks of the communist manifesto
