After defeating Dr. Lugae, you will receive Lugae's Key.

Go back to Tower of Babil (B09) and follow to central door. Use
Lugae's Key (as item) to open it.

You must defeat some Dwarves before proceeding... After this, you will see more one exciting Cutscene.
