@MoonDropFilmsinc he means the cat crawl alongthe bar...and i disagree with him...your flips are nice and theres nt much wrong with your muscle ups...the amount of reps you did shows stanima and conditioning...you dont have to be ripped completly to be good. just perfect your tecneque man :) respect. btw how old are you? cause i bet that proves a point :)

Umm pretty good but it seemed like everything you did was just sketchy. Clean everything up a bit, tone your movements.
Oh and for future videos, ditch the trampoline.

Your flips are generally verv good, and you can vault alright. My first criticism: you should probably work on your muscle ups a bit, because they are kind of weak. Also, you probs shouldnt include quadrupedal movement as it kind of makes your video look nooby. One more thing, keep your shirt on because its kinda off-putting watching you so you really should gain more weight!!!

So watching this video, biggest thing I would suggest working on is control, and strength. A couple of the cats were sketch, and the taking off the shirt thing and throwing it was.... cocky? lol. Idk. Just keep up the training.
