So, did the shelf fail and tip everything forward?...I can see someone getting hit by a box or 2 of cascade but it sounds like she got hit by everything. Kinda unclear.
So she's bleeding and still buys her stuff...nice presence of mind.
Not saying it couldn't happen...some years ago we had to call an ambulance for a customer who had the passport screen (the whole unit)fall on her head. She was ok, though.

Good luck with the case. IN 1999 I had an entire display in the baby section of walmart fall on me. (Potty chairs, and strollers)ended up with a broken elbow and 12 stitches. I know what a pain in the ass it can be to deal with a company. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
