Master teacher, director and acting coach to the stars, Gene Bua, and his renowned Acting for Life Organization, have been honored by The White House, The Los Angeles Board of Education, The Los Angeles Board of Supervisors, the City of Los Angeles, five California Mayors and countless community oriented institutions. Mr. Bua and his partner/co-creator wife, Toni Bull Bua, have written and produced many award winning theatrical productions in Los Angeles. With The GENE BUA ACTING FOR LIFE INTERNATIONAL MASTER CLASS PROGRAM, Gene brings to GPCAC a world class intensive program in training for film and theatre, including Acting, Voice, Movement, and On-camera TV Host/Hostessing. There are Director's Seminars, dialogues between students and well known American actors, casting directors, writers and producers, all trained by or affiliated with Mr. Bua. All students completing the course will receive a Certificate of Graduation from the GENE BUA ACTING FOR LIFE INTERNATIONAL MASTER CLASS PROGRAM. cold reading is like painting with your eyes tight shut...you make marks, some interesting - but its mostly just an indulgent letting off of emotional energy: cathartic, but not more. Better to read quietly off stage to each other to try to first understand what the text is saying...
