What livery are the last two coaches in?
-
@citytransportinfo Yeah, nice fresh diesel smoke, but I wonder if it's too much...

The red loco at the front doing all the black smoke

Excellent vid!

Love that all the windows are open on that 305, going to smell pretty good for the next lot of commuters who use it!

Was that a 308, in tow there?

I never knew Metro No.1 had a mainline ticket

@KinletHallsthebest Hi there, what is 'Metro No1'?

@citytransportinfo Metro No.1 is a the leading engine. No.1 is a Metropolitan railway's E class steam locomotive, with an 0-4-4t wheel arrangement. The engine behind is an Great Western 9400 class pannier tank, with 0-6-0pt wheel arrangement. I hope that answers your question, both engines are located at the Buckinghamshire railway centre.

@SouthernRailwayFan
Thanks :-)
As it happens, yesterday I was digitising another video tape and included in the scenes was a Pannier tank hauling a single carriage passing Northwick Park on the northbound fast line.
