I have been searching
how to overlap videos in windows movie maker, imovie, final cut pro, sony vegas pro althought I had best screen recording software Camtasia.

Finally i got to know how to overlay videos in Camtasia PIP. Camtasia PIP is an amazing special effect through which we can overwrite video on video.

You can overlay video at any place like i did bottom right corner, top right corner, left bottom, left top, center etc.
