decent review, however, he is incorrect on two parts. The battery compartment cover is not going to accidently open and it is not flimsy. Also, the camera takes amazing pictures, they take 1080p for goodness sake. The quality is very hard to beat for a point and shoot. Best camera for the money IMO.

Do you know the difference between the h20 and the h20/b ??? Cannot find this info anywhere. Great accent btw.
am having trouble deciding whether to get this or the new Sony DSC-HX5V

Specwise, looks like the Sony DSC-HX5V has the edge over the Sony DSC H-20. But, The HX5V looks similar to the Panasonic ZS3/TZ7 camera. The flash on the HX5V won't be as powerful as the H20

A point and shoot camera like the Sony H20 or the HX5V will not compare to the quality of an SLR camera. I'm not really critical or a serious photo taker but, personally I would pick the HX5V because to me, it's smaller, has a wider angle lens and records a higher resolution movie mode. If you don't really care for this, I'd say the DSC H20 would be a better deal because it's cheaper and the stronger pop up flash would give it the edge over the HX5V model. Shot to shot time is slower on the H20
