In my last two videos my chinese cave geckos were sleeping, so I couldn't get any decent footage of them... UNTIL NOW!!! Anyways, one of the geckos I don't have a name for it, so if you could suggest some possible names it would be much appreciated!

  • Ok,and,if the room is hotter than 82,what do you do?

  • @Akyy1994 I'm not sure to be honest, but if it's hotter than 82 degrees you shouldn't need to heat the tank.

  • how is it with the temperature for this guys?

  • @Akyy1994 They like the temperature at about 81 degrees, their requirements are similar to that of a Crested gecko, apart from eating habits.

  • @blizzardleos And if it goes above, like 85,is it bad or something?(I guess at night they like room temp)

  • @Akyy1994 It should get to 82 at highest, and room temperature at night should be fine.

  • how much they go for?

  • @blizzardleos whats there eating habits?

  • @blizzardleos whats theyre eating habits?

  • @Akyy1994 in the laws of animals, a less and more than 4 degrees is ok.. like if a fish likes 70-80.. 66-84 is ok, but not as 70-80

  • @Akyy1994 if the temperature goes higher than 90f, use air conditioner for you and the gecko

  • Yeah I actually just switched my Chinese geckos cage to a 30x30x30 and it has a custom cave background that's made out of spray foam, and when you use the repti-bark substrate and spray it down really good it holds heat and moisture really well. My geckos tank stays around 75 degrees throughout the day.

  • i would of named one deathwing ;)

  • name him Yoshi

  • shouldnt you make a cave habitat because there called chinese cave geckos

  • they dont like too much heat must geckos will got to 65f before they go to 75F ..weird, but i guess this are babies.nice geckos by the way
