@Joshuwiii Well, the from a logical stand point, it makes sense. All the other would work in extremely dangerous situations, like Tornado Man or Magma Man, which require heavy armor. Splash woman was built for aquatic functions, so lighter (and thus less durable) armor would work better for her.
