Battlefield 3 Command rose bug and FPS bug (2 in 1)

Not for the first time such an issue with Command Rose, it appears very rarely, but earlier, before the patch was not like this.
after a few taps on the ESC, and it is still clean.
Also in this video imprinted my constant problem. When the FPS drops to 2 frames per second. Does anyone know a solution?

Не в первый раз такой баг с Command Rose , оно появляется очень редко, но раньше, до патча такого не было.
после нескольких нажатий на клавишу ESC , оно всё же убралось.
Так же в этом видео запечатлелся моя постоянная проблема. Когда падает FPS до 2 кадров в секунду. Кто нибудь знает решение проблемы?
