A bro, u should have never flowered them inside. U should have kept it on the 18/6 cycle . Now that u have flowered them they're not gonna get that bigger outside because u already have flowered them. As far as the soil the ocean forrest is the best shit, that's what I use . Um u should try and cut some clones off the females that really haven't flowered then keep those clones under that light for a few weeks then throw those outside and they'll get pretty big.

I know these things have been harvested by now but if your ever hurting for soil its just about the easiest thing to steal in the world :) pretty much everyone with a shed in there backyard has a few bags in there. when i first started growing I was only 15 and I used to steal my neighbours soil lol
