If you liked this one though, you should watch another one they did a while back more traditional style: I think its called Kya Kehna. Yup thats the one same guy and girl in it too. Hope you like it :)

I have seen plenty of kids my age mature faster (with children) than adults who still act like immature kids and need to grow up. This movie is just one example because it breaks the traditional girl falls in love, family opposes, et cetera scenario. They both move in together and have pre-marital sex, with a baby born out of wedlock! Indian movies usually don't portray it even if its true but it was so well done, I think the actors & actresses did superb job! :)

@KimonoHire She took the initiative whereas he cowered out. She couldn't bear to kill something so precious! He just wanted to avert the whole mess...until he saw that being a father wasn't such a bad idea after all.. I mean if he had good supportive family they would prolly advise him to stick it out and help her, it's not until the doctor said something he saw it. He basically saw his friend Ron screwing up his life and he didn't want that. It takes a whole lot for people to grow up

You're right. He did treat her wrong, didn't support her through all the emotional trauma or pregnancy and made life a living hell for her, but apparently, towards the end she reconciles with him because he seems to have "grown up".
IT took him hell of a long time though...right when she's about to give birth he realizes that just because he didn't want a child and wasn't ready doesn't mean its not his responsibility.

Does anybody know where I can get the tune from 2.20-2.48? I absolutely adore it. I think it is part of the instrumental but I can't find it anywhere. I'm not really sure where I can download Indian music from :(

I like this movie but I never understood the ending. For the whole movie the man is selfish and abusive toward the woman, but then in the end it's considered a happy ending when they end up together. It really stresses me out to think that there are people in Australia who still think it's okay to treat a woman that way.
