This is the best quality video i have seen come out of the U.S Department of State. It doesn't have the static sound to it.

I'm a big fan of what Mrs. Clinton is accomplishing as Sec. of State but this video was a complete waste of time. Did I seriously just watch 30 secs of looking out a plane window and over a minute of 360 shaky camera pans to get half a second of a tree plant? Why?
