While the video raises many concerns, having put a few stickers on boxes myself I think that the limp-wristed test they performed was not valid. You can even see in the bottom left corner that the sticker was not pushed on very hard and is not flush with the box. Even a Post-It note will be completely flush with whatever it is stuck to.

More tests were done - both with the seal they affixed to the door, which two different citizens lifted up - no goop - and reaffixed, and with a live ballot box. Tamper-evident seals are sold and are inexpensive. They didn't use them. Case closed.
