Yeah your doubt is right.Its not a jaunsari song.But at the same time you cann't differentiate any song on the basis of Attire as most of the Grahwali song have jaunsari attire only.

This song is from Ganga-Ghati(Uttarkashi) in teriyali language.And attire is also from that region only.

I doubt this is jaunsari...the attire of the people shown in the video is different. jaunsari women usually wear lehenga and their houses are made of wood as opposed to stone and morter and 'pataal' roof common in rest of Uttarakhand.
