Yeah, Once you reach rank 2 I think somewhere around there, you unlock Vehicle Alternate Fire, once that is equipped, then you can use RB to shoot bullets.

i find it hard to get them with it just ramming at them cause i tried it a few times and even though im just right next to them ramming them they dont die. ive gotten a few kills by falling very fast and landing on people tho =p
