@Psycho0xX You can still train Javelin technique inside without throwing, there are several methods for doing so, just message me and i'll let you know if you want to know more :)

against what do you throw?
my problem is that i cannot imrpove my javeline technique in winter because the soil is frozen :(

Training is going well so far, ive had a really good winter managed to get some throwing done in November but weather has been horrible since! Threw outdoors last wkend & it was ok for the 1st session, ive to really work hard on my speed in the final 3 strides - when I go steady it is nice but when I add more speed it falls to pieces! Any suggestions would be great btw.. keep the vids coming great inspiration!

Hey.. and thanks - my technique and throwing is getting better and better, but I havent been throwing oitside jet. the temp in denmark is around zero celsius.. hope the weather gets better, so we can go outside.. how is your training going?
