Melissa wanted you to feel bad for missing hours/work when you were sick. I would of been pissed off if my job was making me feel like I was being punished for being sick. You did the right thing by sticking up for yourself.

I would be very upset , it is good u stuck up 4 urself , ur going thru alot u would think she would understand, not that we all dont go thru alot, but some compassion , ur getting sick because ur stressed, and when u work in a cut throat enviorment that doesnt help, i know so many people going thru what ur going thru sorry . u did good showing them u know ur rights PeAcE have a good life :;+)

you ever thought of opening your own small business out of your tax return? im doing a vid on some of this stuff soon.. maybe tomorrow cause i just cant take stuff like this. its not right and above all not much can and will be done because when it boils down to it you are not as valueable as the upper management.. trust me they will find a way to cover themselves.... truefully they consider regular employees disposable!!!

@bigcouz52 At my job if you bring in the money Like I do They don't fire you( I've went off on the Dm And didn't lose my Job.). Ive been begged not to quit. It more of there trying to discipline this manager in my name putting word in my mouth. Making it out to be something other than what it's is. It boil's down to her not talking to me in a respectful way. But I am looking to start a business up. but right now I'm just paying my bills and get a car.
