405 Stationary Lunge

I'm pretty sure you've never seen this before, thought I'd throw something different up here.
Pretty ridiculous, I don't recommend trying this, but it's awesome.
DId this the same week of the Tallahassee Marathon a few weeks ago.
This was on a Monday and marathon was the next Sunday and ran 3:44:41
Thanks to Ellis, Nigel, Terry Sr., and Terry Jr. However, there was no "love" from Jamie Love on this day.
Imagine how much stronger I would have been if I was able to listen to Metallica.
i must say i do not know the individual who performed the reps above and do not pretend to know his goal in the exercise except to complete 1 rep each leg with a stationary lunge (actually it was a full lunge because each step had GROUND REACTION involved making it even harder because he had to DECELERATE the weight) but i know it was quite awesome. wow...

@mariops2: increasing mass doesnt equate to increasing strength and power. and i think that was this individuals goal. now the risk/benifit of increasing power is always debatable (same debate as the need to increase "mass") but at least increasing strength or power at least is increasing a biomotor ability an function (if he was a rugby or football player possible?). Increasing mass with repetitive body building rep/set/tempo schemes seems also stupid. just my .02 cents

Why all that weight for just one stupid rep... you're just increasing the risk of an injury..
you need to lower the weights and go for 20 reps on each leg for leg mass IMO..just my .02 cents
