Hey, how's it going :) You have a lot of good information. The only thing i wouldn't do is drink Vitamin water. Your body gets it's energy from your built up fat. You can do 40 days with just water. Vitamin water turns an all water fast into a juice fast in my opinion.

You are very helpful and encouraging. This is a very serious time for all christens, and fasting has never been more in order than now! I am now on a fast for some very great needs. I am doing a 21 day primarily on water, and plan to extend it if necessary. I intend to take juices as need be on work days, and when I have to be able to think fast. Do you ever make compromises like this on a fast? Do you feel this violates the rule of a true fast?

Bottled water isn't good for females.I watched a documentary on it.It gives women breast cancer.But,if you think about it,God decides what happens to you and your life.I just tell my fiance to drink it once in awhile.Not all the time.

Thank you i have been praying and searching for the answer's on this and i feel this is true and from the holy ghost becaused you answered my question about people with poor health and how they can fast as daniel i will study daniel's story i am so greatful i just can't explain i feel as though i have found what i have been missing all along May peace be with you Yahweh bless

@NoFair0nez It's ok just get back to the fast if you can but maybe you should shorten the amount of days. maybe do the 2 days on water and juice then 3 days on fruit and water. Just make sure to pray while you fast because God is your food.
