The GWS Beaver is not an aerobatic plane, but here I am trying to pull some stunts and unfortunately I put the wrong battery and it ran out of juice in accordance to Murphy's Law.

  • I have to agree with rustycg! If you listen to the audio you will notice NO change in the prop pitch or decibels of the engine. Sorry dude..but you just dumb thumb it in the ground! be a man....and call it like it is. Stop blaming it on the equipment!

  • Dont buy ANYTHING that uses a NiMh battery. It'll discharge too fast and not be able to stay in the air. I've learned this from painful experience.

  • I had a beaver and i also was running NmHi with the stock motor and it could't even stay in the air.

  • vertical landing

  • Doesnt look like a dead battery to me!! Looks like someone put it in the dirt!! I love my beaver. Crash the hell out of it and its still in good shape!!

  • I've also beaver i had first a NmHi battery and the beaver was flying well but with some wind it was very slow, i now have a lipo 2s 1250 mAh 15C. with this battery i can almost fly straight up and it will take of with in a 1.5 meter. so i'm very happy with my decission.

    succes with the beaver
