Poor training on behalf of the police officer. Neither the dog nor the handler look experience and both of them together make for a bad combination. The dog is about a few pounds underweight as well.

and during a protestation, the same dog attacked a protester by biting his head, the cop said "no" but the dog didn't care cause this world suck.

I promise you everyone, this was all the handlers fault. He initially says "no" to get him off. Obviously not the right thing to say, and plus he's on a dual collar...how are you supposed to correct. Duesch!

@phil290777 your right-the dogs are trained in german, belgian, chekoslavakian language-the officers have to learn that word & re-train them in english
