Leo you should be considered for replacing Alex Roy in the 'Road Testament'.

well that was my understanding but it raises the question.. why is it proscribed in F1? I suppose F1 cars are maybe slightly less prone to rolling over.. but.. why proscribe it?

Does it present any safety issues? Is it in some way massively performance enhancing?

I admit I don't follow LM as closely as I should but are there many recent instances of cars rolling in a high speed spin? Is there any scope for some team to use it to their advantage?

: BHF is supposed to keep the car on the ground instead of going airborne in a high speed spin.

Dive bombing can work but timing is critical to avoid T-boning, and being on the other driver's line on exit is really more of a block pass, or a classic run it in deeper than the other guy and come out inside at exit.

Hey, Colin! What part of this is the racing show day NOT the derek runs around the auto shows / car jokes days? And where did you get the arrogantly selfish idea taht just cuz YOU don't like racing no one else in the auto industry should either. Ring, ring! - Calls waiting for you from Ferrari, Porsche, Lotus, Lambo, BMW, MB, Chevy, Ford, [.......Oh, hell you get the idea.....] to explain why they race! WTF.
